Who doesn’t want a little romance?

She Walks In Beauty

Lord Byron (1788-1844)

Arguably the most romantic poem in English literature, Byrons words are hauntingly beautiful.

The opening stanza is:

She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that’s best of dark and bright
Meet in her aspect and her eyes;
Thus mellowed to that tender light
Which heaven to gaudy day denies.

Everyone loves a little romance, so consider spoiling someone you love soon.

Our cottages at Glenview Retreat have everything to help you capture that perfect romantic time together.

Just imagine strolling gently, hand in hand down to nearby Emerald Lake, where you can play on the paddleboats.

Perhaps you prefer to stay in and enjoy champagne, chocolates and a spa in the privacy of your own cottage.

Sleep in late then wake to a continental breakfast.

Why not wander into Emerald’s famous bakery for lunch or dine in one of the many restaurants?

For those early risers it is only a short trip to the Yarra Valley for an early morning balloon ride.

Let us help you plan the perfect romantic escape – you know you both deserve it.
